Increased volume of "All I Want for Christmas" (regular and tank) and "Save Me Some Sugar" (regular only, and slightly less than "Christmas".) Credit to Nebberkadnezzar for increasing the volume.

Fixed the "All I Want for Christmas" song having the wrong sample rate, and thus being played much too fast and high.
