Original mod disallowed tanks/APCs for some factions. I gave it back to all (except SCP-610).

Also added one more character model for SCP-061.

+ Added the Tevor gun to the Broken Church's arsenal
+ Adjusted the spawnrates of bosses so it's roughly equal for everyone. You'll notice it's way more than in usual vanilla play, and that's on purpose, it's more fun that way :)

+ Added Polish Winged Hussars as call for Edit of Eden. It's a cheap 30RP call which spawns around 10 of them, however they are only armed with crossbows. Very good for ensuring a capture when you're about to get it but enemy reinforcements could ruin it.
