Quick change based on something LeyShade said about a the latest multiple sitreps guaranteed mod. This mod should now run after that one automatically.

Bug fixes hopefully.
-Sitreps should now display their effects correctly.
-Probably fixes hangs on mission generation, I've altered some of the exclusions on sitreps to reduce the likelihood of a hang occurring.
-For those of you having issues with LWOTC specifically, LWOTC has had an update which should eliminate hangs completely.

Big thanks to Tedster, Mr.Mister and the LWOTC folks in general who did most of the work of isolating and understanding these issues.

Found the config error that was letting Shoot First and Don't Ask Questions spawn.

Changes to the following SITREPS

Grim Conditions Should not show up until later in a campaign now.

Contact! Now can't spawn on a mission involving the lost, since it could get a little broken.

Several debuff type SITREPS have been toned down a bit.

If you encounter any of the following sitreps:
"Dark Forest"
"Turn About"
"Shoot First and Don't Ask Questions"
- let me know, they should be switched off, but I've had a report of one of them spawning.

A small fix for Covert Infiltration, some sitreps should now roll as risks for infiltration missions.
- Thanks to Stukov81 for pointing out my mistake.

A change to the ability associated with Rough Insertion means if you roll damage, it now bypasses shields and armor. Bring a medkit!
