Bomb now locks player after the QUARKBOMBNOTEXT is detonated

Added a new custom activation sound

bomb self detonates roughly after 60 seconds upon activation
has loud indicators of self detonation

fixed bug where bomb would still play the activation sound even when removed

it is now possible to again die from this bomb even with the qtg admin gun
