Reverted the update cuz of big number for broken stuff for only a working flashlight

Changelog:
-Updated the MW Base
* Fixed saves being fucked up
** Flashlight works now
-Removed melee weapons (they can be bringed back if somebody really care about this 4real)
-Added jog speed configuration commands
-Added shove compatiblity with L4D2 VJ Base NPCs
