Add the mod option to COSPLAY other AIM & NPC characters (Male cosplay will be added later).

Note: Change the mod option requires a RESTART of the JA3 program completely and start a NEW game to take effect.

Add the mod option to HIDE all passive bluish perks on the action bar.
