**War Exhaustion Update : 1.2
**

**- Tweaked and Rebalanced Decisions (Mainly some nerfs and cost adjustements)
- Cooldown Time between decisions is better now
- Improved AI usage of decisions
- Localization Improvements
- Added two effects : Resistance Target and Resistance Growth linked to War Exhaustion
- Added two new decisions to deal with exhaustion (Martial Law and Negociatiosn with protestors)
- Taking land is much more important to reduce exhaustion now**

**- Separated war types in four : **
- Minor Offensive War (attack a minor)
- Minor Defensive War (defend against a minor)
- Major Offensive War (attack a major)
- Major Defensive War (defend against a major)
They have their own exhaustion gain rate (fighting a bush war in Africa is two times less exhausting than fighting a major country )

**Future Prospect : **
- Might add deaths to the exhaustion counter but RN since vanilla already handles that its low priority
