-Fixed Broken Weapons Middle Small Slot on Menacing Corvette

Note: I seriously don't know how that got broken as I hadn't touched that code for awhile and when I compared the bad code to good code I couldn't spot the difference. In any case it works now and if you all spot any bugs please bring them to my attention. As I can't fix what I don't know is broken. Anyways have a wonderful day.

- Updated to current version of game
- Subjects can now take Become the Crisis
- Subjects can now take Cosmogenesis
- Subject BTC countries will not get the Bring into the Fold belli to avoid them giving vassals to overlord

Note: Now that subjects can take the crisis perk you better treat them nicely else things could get pretty dicey ;D

-Fixed a bug with the steam and mod file names were conflicting with each other

-Fixed Crisis Corvettes brawler template section only having 2 small turrets. Now they have 3 small turrets
-Crisis Frigates now have 2 A slots for consistency sakes.

-Changed the Title to explain what CCP stood for
-Updated/expanded what Menacing Destroyers ship templates
-Updated/expanded what Menacing Cruisers ship templates

Note: Yeah I should've had those roles in place when the mod first launched but I screwed it up somehow wops. If you spot any bugs please tell me.

-Made it so the AI will rotate between the Menace Focus policy options
-Made it so now with each country that takes the "Become the Crisis" Perk it increases the odds of other countries taking it too.
-Fixed the alloy version of the menacing army's description

-Added a Menace Juggernaut
-Added a Menace Armies
-Added a Menace Focus policy
-Added a Army buff Menace perk
-Added a Scavenger Menace perk
-Added a corrector policy to match "become the crisis" to the correct tech they should have for their level for mid-game mod insertion
-Took tier 5 tech boost to "become the crisis" empire and spread it out over all 5 crisis levels for more lineal progression rather than a abrupt lop some gained at the end.
-Standardized all Menace ships to use the imperial shipset designs for consistency
