Hiring certain mercenary companies as The Command, Castanor or Silverforge no longer gives Army Professionalism
Centralisation 6 now correctly gives its bonus to provinces that had Expanded Infrastructure before the idea was picked
Centralisation 6 bonus is now removed when the province changes hands, Infrastructure is Reduced, or the Idea is abandoned
