Movement:
Slip forward now moves on frame 0
[NEW] FastFall. falls fast.
wonderboy now has 1 air option

Normals:

Third hit of 153 is now +12
Cross damage redcued from 800 - 700 now counters from frames 5-10
Upper damage from 900 - 800 startup is now 11f
pull counter damage from 850 - 650
Flicker damage in combo reduced from 300 - 180

Specials:

Smokin Left startp now 13f from 17f. plus frames from 3-6
Irish Handshake second hit plus frames from 15-10
Gazelle Jab now beats backdash
Razorsmash at its earliest hits on frame 15 from 19
Roll Combo now beats Backdash

Supers:
slighty reduced hitbox size of Rising Comet, plus frames reduced from 8-3
falling comet not longer gaurd breaks.
Rolling Thunder is now a Level 5 super. invul now starts on frame 3. plus frames reduced from 12 to 5. chip damage slightly increased

Defense:

Roll is now interruptible on opponents turn
