-ustrong's air drift is now capped at 3 hsp max //this fixes being able to escape the opponent if you whiff
-ustrong endlag increased (17->18)
-dstrong endlag increased (15->17)
-utilt endlag increased (9->11)

+nair startup decreased (8->6) //numbers are based on the frame the hitbox comes out
+uspecial final hit knockback scaling increased (0.65->0.7)
