Up tilt finally sends directly upwards instead of at an angle. Down special (counter) starts up 1 frame faster. Made up strong and down strong super armour far more consistent. Up special throws are now snappier. All grab throws are now more consistent.

Up air -1. Down air animation centered and improved.

Up air Hitbox, Hurtbox and animation are now all centered to the character origin, (They were around 3 pixels to the right). Hang on ledge hurtbox size increased and side special hitbox has been lowered slighty, to more accurately hit as well as low profile projectiles.

Neutral special QOL: -2 frames recovery. can be subsequent fire 2 frames faster, with 2 frames less input leniency. End of attack no longer auto reloads when attempting to use a different special. Can fast fall
