Challenge Mode:

-Added progression all the way up to level 300
-New level themes will appear every 50 rounds
-Some levels will have special new enemies
-Jump-shots now give you more time

Practice Mode:

-Added a new options menu, open it by shooting the ? block
-In the options menu you can enable infinite ammo, change the level theme and exit back to the main menu

Main Menu:

-Completely redesigned how the menu looks
-Added 3 new options from the menu:
-Enable/Disable Hud
-Enable/Disable Music
-Enable/Disable CRT Fitler
