Reactor factor matter!

Small update to carry Paradox's changes to reactors into the mod. This may break any current ships with those reactors, as vanilla would. Something, something, save file recovery is not up to the task, something.

Proper fix for Titan reactors, found by spooky
The progression from Tier 6-7-8 was majorly off. Corrected to restore flow to the progression.

  • Changed Titan Tier 6 power output 7600 -> 5800.
  • Changed Titan Tier 7 power output 8000 -> 8600

Techno-Viking returns!

Tech trees have been cleaned, debugged, and missing things added.

  • Replaced references to research leaders with council ones (All those area errors).
  • Added missing levels of research expertise to weight modifiers (ie: leader_trait_expertise_materials_3).
  • Updated Dark Matter research blocks for fallen empires to include awakened empires (same as vanilla behaviour).
  • Added missing ascension perk modifiers to relevant tech (ie: Grasp the Void will increase Jump Drive draw now)
  • Corrected a couple weight values to reflect similar tech weights (ie: T7 thrusters had a lower draw than other thrusters)

General bug-fixes.
  • Corrected Dark Matter II reactor output variables for Starbases and Platforms.
  • Shield alloy cost variables corrected for T6 S, M, L and Dark matter II S.
  • Repaired Precog 2 and 3 computer variable calls for fire rate.

All Your Icons Are Belong To Us patch!

Added Carrier Computer icons.

  • Created color shifted icons dds files to match AVC tier colors, starting with vanilla icons as a base. Thanks Gimp!
  • Added sprite declarations to interface\avc_icons.gfx.
  • Changed Carrier Computer templates to reference new sprites.

Corrected tool-tips of Torpedo Computers. Evasion and Damage bonuses were listed in reverse order of vanilla.
  • Swapped Evasion and Explosive Damage variable declarations within their templates for Normal and Autonomous Torpedo Computers, tiers 4 through 6.

The coupon event for sensors has ended.
  • Corrected sensor cost values to cost alloys instead of give them. Sensed by Rio_Mizuhoshi.
