The Psychic Mending patch!

Overall, a general re-balancing and bug fixing of Psychic components and their relative tiers.

  • Changed Psi and Precog 2 items to research tier 6.
  • Changed Psi and Precog 3 items to research tier 7.
  • Removed Combat Computer requirements from Precog computers.
  • Corrected variable call in Precog computer 2 template, pointed out by Nikal.
  • Corrected variable call in Precog computer 3 template.
  • Removed Shield requirements from Psi Shields.
  • Changed Psi Shield III stats to tier 10.
  • Removed Hyperdrive requirements from Psi Drive research options.
  • Changed Psi Jump Drive range progression to a 50/100/150% increase.
  • Changed Jump Drive range progression to 0/25/50/75/100% increase.
  • Changed required techs researched for tier 7 unlock from 4 to 3 to resolve no-show of psychic techs.

Additional fixes for FTL drives on civilian ships. They now follow a hierarchy: Psi > Jump > Hyper. A higher hierarchy overrides a higher tier drive from a lower hierarchy (ie. Jump Drive 1 replaces Hyperdrive VI).
  • Changed all Hyperdrive weights to 4.
  • Changed all Jump Drive weights to 5.
  • Changed all Psi Drive weights to 6.

Finally, two translation fixes.
  • Line 49: added comma to correct grammar.
  • Line 57: changed "of" to "to" to correct grammar, and I know this line reads terribly.

Changes:
Lots.











-Conformed templates and variables to a standardized form.
-Created variables, and centrally located them, for all balancing points.
-Scaled all values to vanilla standards. Mostly 30% increase per tier, with a few exceptions.
-Updated all ship class and ship size tags to vanilla standards.
-Updated AI tags and weights to seemingly vanilla standards. Conflict in vanilla between old and new.
-Created missing component templates for Torpedo Computers and Reactors.
-Balanced new Colossus reactors to ensure slight tradeoff in design.
-Split FTL drives into three paths. Hyperdrives for lane spin-up reductions, Jumpdrives for the jump ability and jump range increases, and Psi being a bit of both.
-Removed Reactor tech requirements from Jumpdrives.
-Moved Dark Matter and Dragonscale items to the end of the tech trees, and scaled them to T11 stats.
-Corrected syntax of localization files to restore corrupted item names.
-Added code to localization files for tool-tip description text for all items missing text. Can be long-winded.
