Gatecrasher Advent now spawn with gear: Plating, Medikit, Frag Grenade

unfortunately no compatibility with randomised gatecrasher loadout yet so they will always have these items

Removed Interact_TakeVial and Interact_StasisTube from ALL Advent character templates to avoid crashes/soft locks, please remember to bring at least 1 Human to Blacksite/Forge

Fixed Bio Barrier Trooper having Double Time Twice, Lightfoot to SGT

Added Config to allow Bio Barrier Troopers with Guard to get a stack of Guard if they dont attack

All 18 active Advent have had their XCOM Rows Tedified at 5/5/5/5/6/7 perks in the xcom rows at each rank

Major balance pass on 17/18 of the Advent: Note Priest rework will be a 1.1 thing once I learn particle effects for psi abilities

Bunch of small fixes/tweaks/localization

Fixed up Frost Technicians frost mec that had some funny T pose shenanigans

IsModActive code implemented which should allow this mod to be run without the individual enemy packs and you SHOULD only get advent for the enemy packs you have active, Will need feedback if there are any issues/advent showing up that shouldnt if you have one of the mods disabled

priest can use their mind control now while having someone holy warriored

Balanced Adjustments for a few classes
XCOM Rows done for most classes (Some are still in progress but functional) Will be looking for active feedback on additions/removals/changes to XCOM Rows now (Sometimes its hard for me to come up with stuff for xcom rows, other times i straight up forget about abilities cus their are so many)
A bunch of localization

This update might appear minor but it was a lot of background stuff so a bigger update then it looks
Still got a lot more to do though

Frost Technician is now released with a ton of custom gremlin abilities. Their are some issues that i gotta fix up but releasing it for now. Gonna be working on clean up/localization/xcom rows and more as frost technician is the LAST playable advent for 1.0 release. So its gonna be purely clean up/fixes/adjustments until i feel 1.0 is ready, Gonna try to get a bunch of QoL like "IsModActive" code so i can reduce the amount of required mods etc

Frost Captain has now been added as an available Unit and can be obtained from missions and gatecrasher like the other available advent.
