1) Implemented dual OS usage [x86 (32bit) & x64 (64bit)];
2) Info on Hotkeys L (Labs) and O (Oil);
3) Added Ranks and Medals Stats sent in Discord;
4) Fixed Russian Medals in Cyrillic sent in Discord;
5) Balanced the algorithm that distributes Infrastructure and Resources at the start of the Campaign (subject to remote testing);
6) Improved the creation of Battalions (Player & AI) at the start of the Campaign which will depend on what was elaborated in point 5.

7) Now all BNs that survive the battle receive AP points;

9) Added Hotkey D to hide\show the Arrows on the Map;
10) Improved Career System now also valid for CE;
11) Factory Icon turns green when the BN is ready;
