Made some changes to make things slightly less scripted and more dynamic. Added various hidden objectives to triggers events, reinforcements, etc. Changes the PALA landings to be optional, as players can now ignore the coastal defences if they would rather just attack the north base directly.

Optimizeds spawns and reduced aircraft numbers, should reduce lag during high intensity moments.
