UK Royal Marines insignia's have been added, thanks to Quake!
Added CBA Setting for default Rank Info, only used for players.
This allows you to set a specific default faction/rank when using a UID system.

Added UID System, this system allows you to assign ranks via player UIDs.

Slovenian insignia's have been added, thanks to aleks-PR1!
Added icon slider, this increases the size of the icon only.
Changed system behind pictures, meaning taller insignia's are possible.
Recommended sizes are now 128x128, 128x256 and 128x512. (They have to be in a power of 2!)
