Small Update:
You can now change the color of his coat and arms with styles
Pure Progress lvls cap at 15 (unless in infinite resources)
^Lvls increase every 90 ticks @ 2+ and 260 ticks @ 10+
Fixed know bugs as of last update

Note: If character apears as null, clear character/mod cache.
It's a game thing not a character thing...85% of the time

I Keep Improving: ISA frame 10
Made it easier to gain Pure Progress levels:
At Level 2+ every 80 ticks gains a level of progress (every 250 ticks past lvl12)
Adjusted horizonal distance on Bodyblow
Updated teleport UI
Fixed bugs (that I know of)
DeadLock shouldnt miss all but one hit if opp is air borne and your grounded when hit ( hope this fix works)
Certain TimeSkip moves (not all) improve based on level

Not sure if its effecting everyone but something is causing him to load up as Null ( unplayable and soft locking the game), so Im reverting Hit to an older build till I can fix the issue.

Reduced IFrames on AsnStk
AsnStk has more recovery
AsnStk is -3 on block
Aerial Counter now always TPs behind Opp.

Balance patch:

Overall changes:

Hitstun on all moves have been decreased
Damage for all moves have been altered but mostly decreased
More start up on all Timeskip/stopping supers
More recovery frames to all moves

Normals:

Removed initiative effect on gut punch (IDK why it was like that tbh)
Uppercut, DPunch are a frame faster
Axe kick ground bounces the opponent on hit and no longer slams then into the ground

Specials:

Both teleports are now supers (2/3s bars) and had their range and distance reduced

Supers:

TS/Mol, TS/Deadlock, & Realized Power damage has been decreased
TS/Mol doesn't hold you in place as long after the move finishes
TS/Deadlock sends you further back to prevent some combos after the super
TimeStop: Now Needs Pure Progress Lvl 3 to access (each level still increase time frozen)
TimeSkip: Needs 1/3 levels of the Pure progress bar to access but time's frozen for less time (Lvl 1: 20 ticks, Lvl 3+: 45 ticks)
Time Prison: Half the amount of time the opponent is frozen (200 -> 100)
Both Deathblows are temporarily removed (random bugs and errors I didn't want exploited)

Other:

Phase is no longer instant, doesn't last forever, & is more punishable
