New command W.I.P. :f exec <file> -- for lua file exec (.lua can creatable on root_os)
New root computer with root_os

Rewritten components system (now it's periphery system).
Sound play command :f sound_play <filename>
Simle file for sound_play:

P.S first value is tonality, second is time of playing.
Now command name must be accurate. (before: :x421128 can work how disable computer, now it's unknown command)
