changed phrasing in eid for some items
item balance changes:
buffed sparkling water to do damage more often and to make it spawn creep more often
nerfed sparkling water making it take -1 range
buffed perscription contacts to also give range
nerfed film tape to take -0.1 shotspeed
various bug fixes

fixed troll bombs causing errors

this is by far the most complex item ive done yet
idk if the last update went through but thanks to the isaac modding discord i did some sprite improvements (ty crashington)
