Added a boxcar train for Finlands' DV12 to reflect trains seen on the VR system in real life.

-added sounds from RTS to EMD G16
-updated LODs of everything included with the mod

Added Austrian and Swiss trains, per. the 1.50 update. Changes will follow, along with more Updated LODs in the future.

Updated LODs for every freight car and every locomotive modified (lengths wise) by the mod. Un-length-modified trains (Regiode, ICE, TGV, etc) will come in the next update.
