v1.3 - The big ol' patch
Target Ball is nearly exactly where I wanted them in terms of gamefeel and frame data, but while their frame data and damage values seemed fine on paper, the relatively low combo potential of the character made them feel weaker than intended. There were also a new moves that felt underbaked in their design (notably held NSpecial), so the aim of this patch is to give these moves some TLC, raise the damage output of TB's attacks to make up for their low combo focus, as well as an overhaul to their alt colors!

General Stuff:
++ Added a Kirby Ball skin!
++ Fixed all alts bugging out in playtest mode, as well as Mario appearing in the bubble alt (Mario/Kirby alts will still bug since this is a direct effect of the masking used on those alts)
++ Reworked alt colors for better looking colors altogether

Forward Tilt:
+ Grab Release Damage: 4% -> 5%

Down Tilt:
++ You can now select which projectile to fire by holding down, left, or right
- Cooldown: 5 -> 20
+ Projectile Damage: 4% -> 5%

Dash Attack:
+ Strong Hit Damage: 10% -> 12%
~ Added protections to prevent reflections off of Target if Target Ball is behind the Target when rolling

Forward Strong:
+ Hit 2 Sweetspot Damage: 10% -> 11%

Up Strong:
+ Damage: 10% -> 13%

Down Strong:
+ Hit 2 Damage: 8% -> 9% (it does 6%, 9% now lol)

Neutral Air:
+ Landing Lag: 6 -> 4
+ Damage: 2%, 2%, 4% (8%) -> 3%, 3%, 4% (10%)

Forward Air:
+ "Sour"-spot Damage: 10% -> 13%
+ Sweetspot Damage: 14% -> 16%

Up Air:
+ Strong Hit Damage: 10% -> 12%
+ Weak Hit damage: 6% -> 8%

Back Air:
+ Damage: 6% -> 7%

Down Air:
+ Late Hit Damage: 8% -> 9%
+ Landing Hit Damage: 6% -> 8%

Neutral Special:
~ Reworked physics, now stalls in the air with low gravity but halts HSpeed
~ NSpecial with Bullseye out prevents jump-cancelling and does not remove Target
* A lock icon appears on the Target to show when it's in this state
++ Holding Special with Bullseye out now lets Target Ball manually control Bullseye using Left, Right, and Jump
+ Target Hit Damage: 4% -> 5%
~ Target Hit Angle: 70 -> 361

Up Special:
~ Multi-hit Knockback: 9 -> 7.5
~ Multi-Hit Hitpause: 4 -> 3
+ Final Hit Damage: 2% -> 6% (this move can do up to 20%)

Down Special:
+ Cooldown on Hit: 30f -> 20f
- Damage Penalty Cooldown: 75f -> 170f
- Added penalty for Bullseye going offstage (75f)
+ Normal Attack Damage: 7% -> 8%
+ Shopping Cart Damage: 9% -> 11%
- Item Bag Damage: 4% -> 3%
+ Item Bag Hit Lockout: 12 -> 10
++ Target Attack Damage: 1% -> 2%
- Target Attack SDI Mult: 1 -> 1.2
> Fixed a bug where Bullseye wouldn't despawn when hitting larger characters, causing damage every tick

Down Special (Bullseye):
+ Startup: 6 -> 4
