Fspecial2 (Weenie Command) endlag 15 -> 20.
Fspecial2 hitbox had wrong offset when facing left (bad at math).
Fspecial2 can now be walljump cancelled.
Fspecial2 Viglante now has reduced gravity during the move.
Weenie now has air friction during Fspecial2.
Weenie now displays its hurtbox in practice when hurtboxes are turned on.
Bair can now also be charged with a Strong input.
Cow will now flip upside down when it is done stomping.
Ftilt hurtboxes tweaked to be more disjointed.
Fixed some projectile interactions with Ori's bash.
Move cooldowns are now reset on death.

Jab endlag between quick shots increased by 25%.
Nair now has a melee hitbox, like Jab.
Bair charge time 10 frames -> 16 frames. Prevents shorthop full-charge.
Nspecial ghost will now vanish when any attack is parried while it is active.
Fspecial can now be used when the Weenie is active and Vigilante is not close to it.
This will cause the Weenie to perform a short bash towards the chosen direction.

Fixed a bug where fspecial Weenie did not use the death sprite on getting parried.
Fixed a bug where fspecial and nspecial objects would not vanish properly when hit by 0kb attacks.
