Some general nerfs and buffs
- Made Hay do more hitstun and hard knockdown
- Grapefruit starts higher in the air
- Bullet bill takes longer to come out
- Orange viper is now invincible frame 2
- Orange viper does more damage
- Grapefruit does slightly more damage
- Ninja smoke can be flipped and is projectile invincible

I added more of the changes again, I also added other changes like making the move Annoying a low and Fruity a high so there is some threat to the stance and removed pushback from annoying cut end and annoying so the enemy doesn't fall out of the multihits

Did basically all of the changes Videofreak made in that one comment. I did get grapefruit working. Also increased the start up for domain expansion.

Generally increased his damage for almost all moves, I felt his damage was lacking and gave him that.

Just some general frame data buffs he felt kind of underpowered and I also made whiff cancel work
