Snotling Warboss now starts with 8-12 units with a 25% chance for a dilemma to recruit more units after winning a battle.
(25% increases to 50% if they still have the upkeep reduction buff).
Reduced probability of AI recieving a Snotling Warboss to 20%.
AI does not replenish.
