Removed fixes for Revival Protocol and Restoration, as they are now included into Highlander. The mod still changes Revival Protocol charges to 1/2/3.

Squadsight now correctly costs 11 ability points for Reapers instead (down from 25 AP). This fix requires Community Promotion Screen to apply and is not retroactive.

Return Fire will no longer trigger on area attacks, as that was causing it trigger when anyone was attacked by anyone.

Return Fire is no longer preemptive, but now properly triggers on area attacks and can fire any number of shots.

Skirmisher - Whiplash: changed how ability damage is set up, now it deals 50% higher base damage to robotic units instead of having separate damage effects for robotics and non-robotics. This allows for a better damage preview.

Sharpshooter - Return Fire: removed excessive logging, improved visualization, and made it trigger after Covering Fire Overwatch.

Skirmisher - Reflext + Interrupt: fixed Reflex action point not being granted if the Skirmisher uses Interrupt. Now the extra action is granted on the Skirmisher's next natural turn, after the Interrupt.

Bugfixes and small improvements.

Reaper - Improvised Silencer: now shows a flyover when entering concealment and when it prevents the concealment loss, and shows its icon in the list of passives in tactical.
Grenadier - Volatile Mix: Flashbang is now patched via Template Master rather than through script. The goal and result are the same: prevent Flashbang from benefitting from Volatile Mix. Template Master's config is just more convenient to adjust for mod users who may want to add mod-added Flashbangs to the list of grenades that need patching.
Reaper - Shadow: description now mentions that attacks from concealment cannot be dodged.
Ranger - Phantom, Conceal: same.
Templar - Amplify: fixed bug where it would apply the damage bonus twice on the attack if applied with more than 1 Focus.
Templar - Volt: damage preview will now take damage-boosting effects into account.

Suppression reworked a bit. New triggering rules:

Suppression preemtpively triggers on attacks, but suppressed unit may attempt to remove suppression if they can break line of sight with the suppressing unit by their first step. Units with Shadowstep and other similar abilities can still be suppressed, but they can safely remove suppression by moving.

Volatile Mix no longer applies to Flashbangs.

Made interruptible Psi Operative's abilities where reasonable.

Integrated fixes to Blast Padding from Full Padding.

Phantom detection radius reduction reduced from 50% to 40%.
Medical Protocol and Stabilize Protocol charges granted by Field Medic now benefit from a medikit in any inventory slot, not just utility.
