Push a lot of smaller changes forwards from dev

Includes:
- More unit conversion global usage
- Added SimpleClass argument type to entity registration
- Added Overrides table to Namespace.AddItemAlias
- Increased Networking library item size by 1 bit (12 -> 13)
- Added antialiasing to menu fonts
- Fixed the no_info_copied string in the Copy tool
- Made cleanup strings, the cutting torch, and the Armor Properties tool use localization files
- Fixed ACF messing with non-ACF armored Primitives
- Increased contraption readout decimal precision slightly
