Reduced range for all crossbow units
Veteran Javelin damage nerfed from 73 → 49 but with increased armor penetration

- "Elite Legionary Cohort" (Barracks LvL2) and "Elite Praetorian" (Barracks LvL4) units are now available for recruitment without needing the upgrade in the skill tree.
- Rebalancing of certain unit statistics.
- Rebalancing of recruitment and maintenance costs for all units.
- In custom battle, Maximus and Marius have been moved to the "Commander" class.
- The skins of certain Roman units have been revamped.
- The recruitment of the "Champion" unit has been moved from "Garrison LvL3" to "Garrison LvL2."
- Better garrison for the port upgrade in "Coastal Patrol."

- Added 9 new units for the Roman faction:
*Peasant available in all cities
*Legionary Lancer available -> Garrison LvL1
*Legionary Axemen available -> Garrison LvL1
*Veteran Lancer available -> Garrison LvL2
*Royal Guard available -> Garrison LvL3
*Veteran Praetorian available -> Garrison LvL3
