Fixed the values for traits using the <MeleeDodgeChance> tag to integers. This is to mirror what Nimble does in the vanilla game. Should make them more meaningful traits now.

Removed the requirements for Carry Capacity Fixed (Continued). If you do not run CCF then it will not add in the traits that are required to use it.
