Add options to enable right-click menu to inject prolactin/lucilactin on other pawn. Disabled by default for colonists to prevent bloating right-click menu.
To use: select a colonist, then right click on a pawn to inject. For mechanoids, the selected colonist must be a mechanitor , but does not have to be the controller of the mechanoids.
