Updates to Random Killhouse gamemode.
- Better rooms for the killhouse
- Rooms not just on the corridor.
- Bug fixes.
- some ai now set to search so will move around.

Known Issues
- BFS have not fixed the SetTeamAttitude code so civilians / no shoot targets not set yet.

GB Checkpoint mode
- fixing up Ranch map
- pass on the laptop positions to check that there is sufficient space for them to be hacked.

General
- some of the lua commands are currently broken (in particular the setteamattitude to prevent ai on different teams to not kill each other) so advanced terrorist hunt and intel retrieval tjl mod have not been included at this time. Hopefully will be fixed soon and will be able to use ai with different teams etc.
- it seems to take ages to transfer over to a gamemode in the steam workshop. Before it was generally instantaneous but now takes several minutes at least.
- Changed OpFor AI over to the new assets.
- Will be starting to use the new maps for checkpoint and outpost in the near future.

Random Killhouse
- no civs for the moment (refer above)
- have incorporated wooded crates etc in the rooms to add in further obstructions. The chance of these items spawning in can be set in the main menu.
- note that ai putting smoke down all the time can be a pain.

GB PVE Checkpoint
- I've tested this solo but not in co-op at this time. Hopefully the player respawn system still works like before.

Outpost
- AI appear to be a little better, particularly those in overwatch.

- Timer max setting increased to 10 minutes.
- further tinkering with parameters and code for the kill house creation.
