Small updates to fix up some bugs

Intel Retrieval TJL mod
- lua coding assigned to some of the laptops in the compound map fixed.

Outpost
- changes in overwatch spawning to spread spawns out a bit more evenly.

New update.
Changes to kit files as a scar suppressor was causing crashes to a few people but not all. Some scar loadouts changed.
Added in gamemode string files

Outpost mode
- first pass for depot map
- ai are getting stuck in some places so changes will be coming.
- need to make some changes to the code as well to change some things up.

Intel Retrieval TJL Mod
- changes to how specific opfor sets spawn in. Now given orders to reflect what the base ai had.
- had to remove the navblockers. (ai spawned in using ai.CreateWithTransform currently are blocked by all navblockers even the navblockers which have been turned off.
- changes to the end bumrush mode. ai which are close to a player will go closer to the player, with the remainder split between the extraction site and a random player.

Advanced Terrorist Hunt
- implemented option for ai described above.

Oil Rig Map - Checkpoint mode, first pass. AI can be a bit problematic. Recommend the higher difficulties for this map and going loud to try to get the best out of them.

Outpost mode - pass on fixing some bugs which came up.

Current To Do List
Outpost
- tie in extraction position to where the ai come from.
- delay notification to extract until into the last wave.
- cycle overwatch positions more effectively to avoid lots in the same area, particularly if avoiding fire / dead ai
- Work out how to present information to the player on incoming waves
- implement "choose your opfor" set once 1034.5 is implemented.

Checkpoint
- implement "choose your opfor" once 1034.5 is implemented.
- get ai away from laptop to move closer to the laptop once players enter the trigger area around the laptop.

Mod updated using the in-game Quick Create system

Small Update mainly to the GB Checkpoint
- added option to disable respawns.
- Internal updates to ai spawning - should progressively clean up the ai left over from previous area
- implemented the search function so ai should try to get to the laptop area once the laptop hack starts (as best they can)
- small changes to maps.
