Changed the game to trigger an end state at 40 Cool Cash (and again at 50 and 51). Changed a lot of in-game documents to reflect this change.

- Made the Glass Maze a bit easier by removing a wall.
- Added buttons to the Hall of Fame that made it possible for players to acquire Cool Cash that would otherwise be permanently locked from the game.
- Made the 51st Cool Cash a bit harder to find by adding another puzzle (sorry guys, I just keep getting ideas).
