Standalone release update
- Replaced "Crate" events with equipment objects to reduce clutter on client gamesessions
- Added one-way teleporters to bottoms of maps to return to map
- New option to disable goldmine mechanic by setting the vehicle set to all vehicles
- Added in-map display to advertise game options
- Use of shared.map files to reduce file size by 8ish GB
- Cumulative changes from the goldmine campaign's 1.9 update
