* ModInfo configs have been moved to the Mod's Settings Manager to avoid every update adjusting everyone's else mods configs.
* Version Control incremented all settings were reset to default. Sorry, but this was a major change by mod standards, I will make sure to not make this frequent!
* When Privacy is set to "Friends Only" a flag is passed to everyone else, this results in None-Friends not seeing the message when before they would, making it consistent with Custom Channels.
* Debugging will not print announcements if you aren't allowed to see the message depending on the Senders privacy.
* Added more strict cases with commands being sent.

* Timed out players (due to poor connection) will no longer be able to write into the chat when emoting or pinging until the timeout expires, even if they achieve a stable connection during that state at any moment.

* Fixed miscalculations with syncing mute times from ghost players.

* Fixed expanded configuration not opening or soft locking the game.
* Fixed a bug where local data was invalid if you enter the game while online party is offline, go online then someone communicate to you with/out the mod installed.

* Anti-spam shakes almost twice as much now.

* Added "StrictMapContext", this is used for spaceships and modded spaceships, this causes an extra check if the thing exist in the map at all, if not it won't print into the chat. This should make spaceship context a little bit more better, if both players have pinged a modded content that exist on other player side, it will work completely fine.
* Minimum chat scale from 0.75x -> 0.5x (to be consistent with the expanded config setting).

Added more localizations.
Optimized some back end code related to buttons.
Chat is 25% larger by default.
