Nspecial - Plasma Beam: Phobos shoots a beam straight ahead, freezing anyone in the way.

Uspecial - Flight: Works almost like R.O.B's but a little worse

Fspecial - Might Launcher: His B&B for neutral. It shoots a rocket that will head in the enemies CURRENT direction. However, this can be changed (See Splitting Bomb in Mechanics Tab)

Dspecial - Genocide Vulcan: A simple move that causes Phobos to aim up, and anyone caught in the way will get shot... alot

Splitting Bomb - Shooting the Might Launcher Bomb will let you split the bomb into two. One Piece will redirect instantly, while the other piece will wait a little before redirecting also.
