c. a digit indicate consumption/production balance number vs price cheaper/pricier as format: (a.b) Exp: 20.5 mean: 20 and 50%. Number level: 20/33/50/75/100/150/200/300, price level: 10%-70%(10% each step).

Include those countries which aren't actor trade routers owners.

Screening those trade routes which already has.
