[WOTC] MOCX Unit: Mec Troopers

Simple update to the will stat of the Mec Troopers as previously they were collectively set to 50 (that's about as much as your basic Advent Trooper) and while I don't mind mental stuff being a weakness of theirs it was still a bit too lenient for effects like mind control.

The new will stats for the Mec Troopers are as followed:

Tier One: 65, Tier Two: 75, Tier Three: 85

The three Allstar units for ChristopherOdd's WOTC season 8/9 modlist also collectively have their will bumped up to 85. (As previously, those units will not be in your game by default, only if you have the appropriate config tweaks to have them spawn)

Mod has been updated with config support for Kiruka's: "Big Things Don't Get Hugs" mod to give the MOCX Mec Troopers the bulky ability.

While this does provide a slight balance chance in that you can't ripjack a Mec Trooper anymore, the intention was more so to combat jank when certain abilities were used on those units which resulted in wonky animations that while harmless, didn't visually look good.

Please do a proper mod reinstall/resub in addition to adding the new mod requirement.

Changed the Force Level spawning to avoid the potential overlap on having multiple Mec Troopers show up which was not intentional and I apologize for any issues that anybody might have had.

Now you should only ever have 1 potential Mec Trooper unless your running ChristopherOdd's season 8 or 9 tweaks which have 3 unique additional variations that only ever show up once as boss units, those are technically their own units which is why they could appear with the standard Mec Trooper.

That being said those would be rare exceptions, otherwise the Mec Troopers should no longer appear multiple times on one mission.

Weapon model for Tier 1 Mec Troopers have been changed to the Autocannon from Enemy Within, with some tweaks thanks to Rusty Dios.

If you prefer the base X2 Mec Cannon then Weapon Skin Replacer or Template Editor can alter the skin back to that look.


In addition made some code adjustments for potential future content..
