1.Adjusted the numerical value and effect of some cards.
2.Adjusted the charge and charge cost of some cards, with the above adjustment, now the Elemental Burst cards are more valuable to play.
3.The basic amount of Block provided by Geo Reaction: 3>>4
4.The rarity of Damasked Device: common>>uncommon
5.Updated some descriptions.
6.Now the cards that deal Elemental Attack multiple times will use one less temporary status card. E.X. Fairy Rain (deals 7 pyro damage 2 times), will automatically play ONE PyroStrike that deals 7 pyro damage instead of TWO. This update allows buffs like Pen Nib will take effect for the first attack of multiple Elemental attacks cards.

1. Add an event in TheCity;
2. Add Mualani's E, which is same as Signature Move but in Hydro form;
3. Fix the bug that Electro Resonance dose not provide Charge when reach certain levels;
4. Fix the bug that the Wanderer's Troupe becomes Innate when upgraded.

[Relic Adjustment]
Parametric Transformer: Now the effect is changed to "At each battle, for each card exhausted, the counter +1. At the start of turn, gain Energy at the cost of counter -3."
Red Feather Fan: for every 3 cards exhausted...>>for every 4 cards exhausted...

The update would make the old Parametric Transformer stop working, please restart a new game. Or if you don't mind, press ~ to call the console, and use "relic remove GenshinSpire:ParamTransformer" to remove the old one and "relic add GenshinSpire:ParamTransformer" to get a new one.

[NEW RELICS]

Kusava: BOSS, At the start of turn, lose [E] , gain 2 Elementa Mastery.
Liloupar: Rare, At the start of turn, gain 1 Charge.
Damasked Device: Common, At the start of battle, gain 2 Plated Armor and 2 Metallicize.

[BUG FIX]

Fix the bug that Kokomi's A, Diona's Q, and Jean's Q will reduce 1 Regen.

[RELICS ADJUSTMENT]

Parametric Transformer: Common, for every 5 cards exhausted>>BOSS, for every 3 cards exhausted
Red Feather Fan: Common, for every 5 cards exhausted...>>Rare, for every 3 cards exhausted...

Fix the bug that multiple attacks from one card can trigger the effect of Nahida's E multiple times.
Fix the description that Nilou's Q can provide Charge 1.

Add tips when use Elemental Burst card when you don't have enough Charge.

Now the Hydro Resonance will also provide 1 MAX HP at level 4.

Cards adjustment:
Wanderer's Troupe when upgrade: reduce 1 energy cost>>add 1 more Elemental Mastery
Succrose's E: damage 7>>6
Sayu's E: damage 5>>7

Fix the bug that the buff provided by Cryo and Hydro Reaction will be removed at the end of turn.
Fix the bug that Cryo is consumed by additional 1 when Anemo hits on Cryo.

Now the Hydro Resonance provides MAX HP by 2/3 at level 6/8 instead of 5 HP !!

Adjustments in some cards:
Navia's E: remove all block>>remove your block by half
Nahida's Q: the buff lasts 3 turns>>4 turns
Furina's E: damage enemy by 20% MAX HP>>25% MAX HP
Yoimiya's Q: damage enemies by 3+4>>6+7

Update the description of Cryo and Dendro Reaction, this reaction actually consumes 1 Cryo or Dendro while the older description says 2.
Fix the bug that the buff provided by the Cryo and Hydro will be completely consumed when it has multiple stacks and an Attack is used.
Fix the bug that Lynette's E won't provide Charge.

Fix a bug that the damage given by OceanHued is influenced by Strength, and a bug that Diona's Q doesn't restore HP.
Update descriptions in some cards and powers, like the description of Charge, Elemental Master and Elemental Resonance, now you can find the level of them in the descriptions in case there are too many icons below your character.

Fix the bug that the game crashes when the Burn triggers at the end of turn while the player has Beidou's Tidecaller effect.
Also now the starter deck is back to normal for I forgot to reset the starter deck after testing the newly added cards last night.
