SVD and SVCH have been set to use 7.62x54r to better match with some upcoming weapons.

Truvelo and KSVK are now craftable. They and the Steyr scout have been moved to a new tech "Additional designs" available after unlocking Precision Rifling, this is to somewhat avoid clutter on the bills menu.
