5.1.3 removed upkeep cost of all legendary heroes, to fit with this change, Nagash mod is removing all of them also

Fixed the issue that Kalledria wasn't getting affected by book skills of Nagash, and wasn't able to equip the books even though she is Mortarch

- Removed army ability from the custom battle as they show up unwanted UI
- Removed skill required for Nagash's book as Mortarch should also be able to equip them
