The Nerf Update:


-Neutral Special now puts you into an "axeless" state, where you wont be able to attack or wall cling until the projectile returns to you (you can still use Side Special and Neutral Special recall), the reason of this change was to address the complaints about the move having no disadvantages while also encouraging a less mashy aproach

*Added a (placeholder) victory theme (its actually the old victory theme of SSL Fennek)
*Added a custom victory background
*Replaced (almost) all of the axe hit sfx's
*Some animations got slight changes
*Reworked Down Strong (it is now a double ground swipe), this is because the previous version was very difficult to counter and due to complaints of the move being annoying to deal with
*Up special hurtbox now properly matches the animation

-Down Strong final hit knockback scaling decreased: 1 > 0.85

*Forward Strong whifflag corrected: 34 > 36
