Reverted the following changes:

Uspecial (Scrapboard):
~ Pressing SPECIAL while controlling scrapboard no longer has it flip.
~ Inputting UP + SPECIAL while controlling the scrapboard now stops controlling it.

Dspecial (Tiny Automaton):
~ Pressing SPECIAL while controlling the automaton no longer has it perform its scan / item throw.
~ Inputting DOWN + SPECIAL while controlling the automaton now stops controlling it.

Nair:
~ VSP boost after the gunshot can now be performed while fastfalling.
~ VSP boost after the gunshot now no longer happens if DOWN or PARRY is held during this move.

Some QoL changes to her gunshot aerials to make them a little less clunky.

Uair:
+ BKB 6 -> 7.

Fstrong:
- Point-blank base kb 8 -> 7.
- Midrange base kb 7 -> 6.5.
- Midrange angle 40 -> 361.

Ustrong:
- Fist hitbox kb scaling 1.1 -> 1.
- Rocket flame hitbox kb scaling 1.2 -> 1.1.

Some fine tuning on some of her knockback values to make them a little less centralizing.

Cutting some superfluous inputs for controlling Uspec / Dspec while adding an alternate way to cancel to make it feel more like a "toggle".

Dspecial Items:
~ Fixed a bug where sometimes using a chargeable gun move at the same time Scrap Metal is picked up would display the yellow charge overlay rather than the blue one.

Fspecial (Flash):
- Fixed a bug where this move would have its charge window interrupted if the Scrap Metal buff ended during it.
- Fixed a minor visual error with VFX for the aerial version of this move.

A few somewhat experimental changes to tone down some of her very strong tools while improving upon her lesser-used ones.

Dtilt:
- BKB (early) lowered 7 -> 6.
- KB scaling (early) raised 0.5 -> 0.55.
- KB scaling (late) raised 0.3 -> 0.4.
- HSP 10.5 -> 10.
- Hitboxes shrinkwrapped slightly on the bottom to make the move a little worse at hitting below ledges.

Dattack:
- The outer hitbox (the sparks emitted from Alexis' heel) is now a sourspot that sends at a lower angle, has less knockback, and deals less damage. The hitbox on her foot possesses higher priority.
- Width of inner foot hitbox shrunk slightly.
~ Picking up the Rabby Boots item gives the sourspot the same stats as the sweetspot.

Fspecial (Flash):
~ Training mode hitbox view now also displays how long the opponent is stunned when hit by this move.

Uspecial (Scrapboard):
- Cooldown when scrapboard is destroyed by an opponent: 60 -> 120.

Should make the risk of having your platform onstage as you recover a little less negligible.

Dspecial Items:
+ Fspecial is now chargeable with Scrap Metal equipped. This can allow you to mix up your timing with it, as well as increase the damage + stun time it deals slightly.
~ Moves affected by Rabby Boots now have heavier-sounding SFX when the item is equipped.
+ Selkie Coin passive effect now changes the following stats:
+ Knockback adjustment 1.05 -> 0.98
+ Hitstun gravity 0.5 -> 0.51
+ Air friction 0.04 -> 0.05. Only applies in hitstun.

+ KB scaling (final drill hit) 1 -> 1.05.
+ KB scaling (drill platform dig, falling) 0.9 -> 0.95.

- Pistol whip hitbox shrunk horizontally to not hit as far behind her.

Dspecial:
~ Alexis can no longer pick up items the automaton has found during the startup and active windows of Fspecial to prevent the use of an unwanted buff while attempting to reroll / "factory reset" it.
