- Empowered Air Dspecial armor now comes out on frame 6. This is mostly for balance sake, but also fixes a bug where if the opponent hit Bocchi on the first frame of the move, the additional stats gained from being empowered would stack

- Enhanced fspecial hsp and vsp lowered
+ Misfire odds increase slightly when under half meter
~ Both hitboxes of fspecial now halt all momentum when parried

+ Dspec has received an updated animation, making the attack overall larger
~ Updated SFX on hit

+ Air Dspec can now be B-Reversed
+ Air Dspec's early non spiking hitbox now does not appear for the first two frames, meaning the spike hitbox and actually be hit now
+ Air Dspec now gives you a slight hsp boost upon jump cancel
~ Air Dspec late hit angle 90 -> 75

+ Nspec endlag 15 -> 13
- Enhanced nspec damage 8 -> 7 (can now be cc'ed)
- Enhanced nspec now comes out the same frame as normal nspec
