Made a number of improvements to multiplayer message handling that hopefully fix the conflict with nanite.

Now only has onscreen notifications for players within 100m of the device in multiplayer.

Fixed a number of issues with Data Collections failing (distance check off, precision off, and sometimes skipping near by asteroids).

Scan Precision now decreases as range increases. 50 or less being the most sensitive. 1800 being the least sensitive.

Max Supported Ore Detector range is now 1800 but expect ores to be missed often. Usually under 300 is very reliable. Try lowering range by 50 if you're missing something and you're likely to pick it up.

Sped up Data Collections and removed freezes.
Data Collection now supports up to 600 range with custom ore detectors
(Should cover all but hardcore deeper ores mods).
(Ranges over 300 on planets may show "scanning.." for a bit)
New button on VDC to destroy (custom) datapads. That way you can get rid of them without dropping.
Added check to prevent multiple datapads (since you wouldn't know which one it was using anyways).
Adjusted Ore position, should be more centered from any direction.
Adjusted Destroy, it should allow for much closer VTM placement now.
Destroy will run much more reliably now to clear our previous voxels during a teleport.
Fixed help text on VTM.
Miner jump animation change.
Lots of multiplayer adjustments so they are in sink with single player actions. Some actions we're not being triggered in same way or with same delays.

Increased removed voxels at source to 50 diameter. This is because the center point is usually on the edge of a ore group.
increased destroy voxel range just slightly so it still gets small ore patches.

Added "Probe" Functionality. In order to ensure distant boulders or Asteroids are loaded I create a small battery at source and remove it after teleport attempt. This means infinite Range!
All teleport attempts now cost 10 power cells. They charge the additional 10 on a success.
Increased diameter of removed source voxels to 30 (was 25).
Increased max ore detector range to 200 (if your mod supports it) as performance still seems good.
Swapped to custom version of warp animation to prevent mod overlaps (looks about the same for now).
Added Delays to everything. It was needed for "probe" but I wanted to make sure everything had it for future animations.
Included Destory Voxels as part of a successful teleport to cleanup extra voxelmaps.
Reduced range of Destroy Voxels, shouldn't cause a problem with adjacent VTM blocks.
Adjusted messages.
A number of multiplayer improvements/fixes. most notably everyone should be able to see that source voxels are removed.
