Changed KOTH layers to reduce the zone sizes roughly 20% to match more of a inline consitencty between map zone in use and 'safe areas' not being utilized around mains. I may end up tweaking the map more as well as time goes on for this as this map was never intended for vehicles larger then a transport\MRAP, and 100 players.

Changed compression method to reduce mod size significantly. Minimal artifacting has been noted.

Hotfix: Hotfix for KOTH mod with issue of extra assets being cooked and loaded causing conflicts and preventing the playercontroller from fully loading.
