Added:
Broken Mirror: Conceal an Ally for 1 turns, and make them bleed by 2 for 2 turns. Costs 1 action, has no cooldown and doesn't end turn.

Fixed Mind to Mind, Eye to Eye dealing damage twice
Buffed mind to mind eye to eye:
Psi divider: 12 ->11
Min crit dmg: 6->7

Hopefully Farshot: Damage no longer deals enviromental damage... again.

Added:
Shock Lance: A line arcthrower attack similar to Arc Lance, but deals less dmg and disorients.

Overheat Arcthrower: Deal damage instead of stunning, shreds 1 armor from Mecs and severly burns(3-5 tick) organics.

Rapid Recharge(Icon pending): Cost 1 action, reduce the cooldown of all arcthrower skills by 3 turns.

Blank Mirror: 1 action, teleport up to 10 tiles and attempt to enter concealment that ends at the start of next turn.

Reduced cooldown from both Farshot: Shred and Farshot: Devastation, now Shred is 1 turn lower than Damage, and Devastation is 2 turns lower.
