WLC 2 has it's path laid out this year as this setup patch adds 1 new H.Ex, Beggar-related trinket's multiplier bonuses, multiple bug fixes and FINALLY... an E.N.A cleanup.

Additions/Changes:
- H.Ex: Sin: When controlling the affected bomb, slap nearby enemies with a paddle.
- Beggar-related trinkets now have a chance to grant a random benefit an amount of times based on it's trinket multiplier when getting rewarded or replacing. The benefit and whether it's from reward or replacement differs per trinket.
- Encyclopedia stuff.

Bug fixes:
- A random dice bomb error
- Esam eating his tarot cards when entering a new room. Additionally, he can now get H.Ex: Death after using it in a bomb cycle for that room.
- Alotta beggar trinket bugs that now make it a much more consistent experience.
- E.N.A.
- Ok, for real though: Botnet's Botnet Bot no longer has contact damage, Keylogger only requires 1 failed code, a random Ransomware error... and Kangelware has just been entirely disabled. It's bugs were outside the scope of Enegue's current coding capabilities (and mental capacity) while completely destroying the item when it proc'd. It had to go.

E.N.A still has bugs, but all I can see by myself is layering issues and a random error or two that I can't replicate. I believe it should be entirely fine to be used mechanically now, atleast I HOPE! Also, when it's official and proper with no more changes, we'll make a stealth patch for Rep+ compatibility. Thank you all for playing or even reading this. Get excited for our next WLC, "experimental" wasn't just for the first one.

Final update of WLC 1, anything further would be for Rep+ compatibility. See you for WLC 2!

- Enlightened Blue Baby has a new Birthright Limb: Esophagus. This turns the flat damage boost from Cede into a damage multiplier boost.
- Champagne no longer spawns troll bombs. Additionally, the key and coin tears deal 15 damage instead of 1.
- Swoopin' Season is fixed (hopefully).
- Golden Scale will not buff speed if the player has max speed.
- EID and Encyclopedia adjustments.

Future confirmed buffs/changes in WLC 2 or Wave 2:
- I.O.U, Coin Pile and Nemertea becoming boosted by trinket multipliers and their pool being adjusted.
- Fish Baggy, Forceful Fists of Frost and Mr. Maggot's Feastables become affected by luck.

Here's some last item changes as bug fixes are done and Esam's era begins to close:

- When Cede is used and kills maggots, Enlightened Blue Baby will gain a damage boost based on the amount of and types of maggots killed, lasting until Hold is used or it is automatically swapped after 10 seconds.
- Selfish Sacks has a 1/5 chance to grant Enlightened Keeper a request upon removing a pickup. These ask that he collects a specific pickup hinted at by him holding up an item related to the required pickup. Successfully collecting the matching pickup rewards 1 coin. The request will last until next floor or completing it. Additionally, it will no longer remove collectables and properly removes the actual closest pickup.
- Enlightened Indemnity loses 5 coins on Stages 7 (Womb 1) and up. Wafer, Cancer and Steam Sale (50% chance) only lose the usual 3.
- Forceful Fists of Frost is buffed to have a large range of damage rather than just 4, now 4 - 30 damage. In exchange, the cooldown and chance have been slightly increased.
- Fish Baggy now deals 2 damage instead of 1.5.

- Added a new H.Ex: "H.Ex: Death"
- Lowered Broken Record's sprite

General item tag cleanups and minor buffs/changes (we don't say nerfs in this society anymore):

Changes
- Charming Cinder Candle, Clock Guy and Roswell no longer count towards Conjoined. Lil' Sam still counts.
- The Face of an Oni grants half a black heart and Lina's Lid grants 1 key, bomb and coin.

Tags
- The Face of an Oni and Tunnel Vision are priced at 1 heart in Devil Deals, whilst Oghma Infinium is 2.
- Pepper Steak counts as a food for Binge Eater. Goodbye bombs.
- Bunch of Lemegeton and T.Lost tags added across the board. Magatama and No Nourishment have the nolostbr tag.

- Luck with decimals won't screw up Lil' Sam's throwing
